Joe an Engineering, eCommerce, Information Technology and Business executive with over 25 years experience within corporate, start-up. and rapid-change environments. Joe's corporate experience includes Vice President of Network Commerce, Inc., COO of DDRnet, Inc., CTO of CardSecure, Inc., President of DXP, Inc., and General Manager of a Hewlett Packard distribution division. Joe also has extensive engineering and consulting experience in information technology, business operations and accounting/financial systems.

Some of Joe's most recent projects include:

  • Development of an automated healthcare claims processing and payment system (SaaS) which included managing the software development and IT infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance.
  • Directing integration with 3rd party vendors, including sales tools and automated banking transactions.
  • Handling vendor and client contact negotiations, as well as legal and regulatory processes, including HIPAA and ERISA compliance.
  • Instituting financial systems automation, reporting and security.
